Liberti Church is currently seeking to hire a full-time pastor. We are open to this pastor being either an Executive Pastor or Associate Pastor of Operations and Discipleship.
This role provides the operational and spiritual leadership backbone of Liberti Church. In collaboration with the Lead Pastor, elders, and staff, this pastor helps make the church’s vision practical and sustainable—building healthy systems, strengthening discipleship pathways, and ensuring that ministry and mission move forward with clarity and excellence.
This position plays a pivotal role in carrying out the overall mission of Liberti Church by aligning strategy, structure, and shepherding care to serve the long-term health and growth of our congregation.
